How much can I customize my home?
You can customize your home to your needs and requirements.
How do I select the decorative surfaces, colors and fixtures?
We have a design center located in our main facility that allows you to choose all finishes. We also have our wonderful vendors and their design teams that can assist as well.
Do I need to find land myself, or do you help acquire land?
We have the appropriate parties that can help facilitate and guide you in finding the right property for your dream home.
How much is it going to cost overall to build?
It will depend on your overall budget.
How long will it take to build?
Our builds typically take about 10 months but will depend on the size of the home. larger projects are about 15-18 months.
What is your price per square foot?
Your price per square foot will be determined on the square footage size of your home and overall budget.
Can we get our own architect or do we have to use yours for architectural drawings?
Yes we allow our customers to provide architectural drawings from other architects.
Can I tour one of your homes currently under construction?
It will depend on the current status of the project and current building conditions.
Is the lot cost included?
The lot cost can be included in the overall price of your build or can be paid for separately.
What warranties are provided with the house?
We offer the 2-10 builders warranty that includes a 1 year workmanship coverage that offers cosmetic repair, structural repair or replacement, defects in workmanship or materials which include (Doors, windows, electrical switches, receptacles and fixtures)
What are the standard finishes?
Builder grade finishes (Brushed Nickel) which include plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, lower end appliances, Level 1 countertops and level 1 white shaker cabinets, framed shower enclosures, subway shower tile, standard white impact resistant vinyl windows, colonial interior doors.
Are you allowed to purchase your own appliances or materials?
Yes we allow homeowners to purchase their own fixtures that will not be included in the overall build cost.
